Ekol Dough Molder machine has the capacity of handling all types of dough,

including pan bread and baguette bread dough. There are two polyamide rollers on the machine and roll adjustment continuously varies between 0-25 mm.

There is a peeling mechanism on the roller to prevent the dough from sticking. The curling chain and its components are made of stainless steel. Press board is adjustable and it can be removed easily to clean up. Maximum molding length is 420mm.
