Through the perfect synchronization created in this machine, the baker is able to get the dough from both right and left sides that provide the baker more comfortable working environment. Hygienic plastic cups, allowing easy cleaning, are used in the dough proofing machine. Some portions of the machine are covered with transparent material to watch the dough. Protection measures are taken against electrical faults in control panel.
