Our Automatic Cutting-Scaling Machine has a special designed dividing tambour and intake piston. Thanks to this, it cuts the dough at the requested weight in grams without pressing and harming the dough. Metal surfaces in contact to dough are automatically lubricated by special cutting-scaling oil or sunflower oil. Therefore, sensitivity and long-lasting operation is achieved. Dough hopper is made of stainless steel and having 125 kg. dough capacity. There is no need to clean up cutting system in this machine. The machines are produced in different weight ranges. The weight ranges are 50-250gr, 100-600gr and 250-1000gr. The weight ranges can be selected on the machine.
