CUTTING SCALING MACHINE

Our Automatic Cutting-Scalling Machine has a special designed dividing drum and intake piston.Thanks to this. It cuts the dough at the reguested weight in gram without pressing and harming the dough. Our automatic cutting-scalling machine divides even sensitivie doughs as gently as by hand. The lubrication system is automatically operated. All surfaces are lubricated with food based oil. Thus, the machnery is enchanced to accuracyand long service life. All the surfaces contacting the dough are made of stainless steel. It is not necessary to clean cutting system in this machine. the weight rangers can optionally be adjusted both manually mechanically. It can be produced which is varying between 60-250 gr. 150-600 gr 250-1000 gr.
